At Puffy, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — quickly, and without the runaround. Your happiness is the whole point.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, your item should be in its original condition — unused and in its original packaging — with proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, you're fully covered. Reach out within 30 days and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. In these cases, we may issue your refund without asking you to send the item back. This is reviewed case by case and decided at our sole discretion.

Please note: a refund is never automatic. We kindly ask that you contact our team and allow us to review your request first — an item should not be assumed kept or refunded until we've confirmed it with you.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. For these returns, the item must be sent back to us in its original, unused condition before a refund is issued. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund right away.

How Refunds Work

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
